We arrived at NASA bright and early. We were awake the earliest we'd ever been due to the adventures of the motel the previous night. I took the opportunity of the early start to call my sis and had a lovely chat with her whilst Brett took forever to organise himself. He knew I'd be on the phone for ages so took full advantage!
The first point of call at NASA was the bus tour, we had a ride around the huge area being dropped of at differen areas. We went on to the actual Discovery space ship and were launched in to spance on a simulator. We saw the space station, where the space ships took off. I t didn't really seem very real seeing it all, it would be amazing to see a real launch!
It was a good experince to see how NASA works, quite hard to put in to words but definately worth a visit.
It was a very hot day and we were tired so we left early and ventured to our next destination....
